Main Responsibilities​

  • Assist in the smooth execution of HR Operations within the firm
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including talent co-ordination, onboarding/offboarding, preparation of related documents
  • Oversee corresponding administrative processes, such as payroll administration
  • Involve in ad-hoc HR projects for the overall betterment of the department and the firm

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.  Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification or equivalent certification would be preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR in an Investment Management/Asset Management setting would be advantageous
  • Good knowledge of HR Operations and related paperwork, and good understanding of manpower regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who is highly organised with an eye for detail
