1 & 2 New Ludgate London
This is Sun Venture’s second overseas acquisition. 1 & 2 New Ludgate occupy a highly prominent 1.5-acre site next to the Old Bailey with views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
They are aesthetically pleasing, strikingly appealing and highly accessible. They are in one of London’s prime areas with landmark buildings and convenient amenities in close proximity.
1 & 2 New Ludgate were developed in 2015 and they provide both office and retail space.
1 New Ludgate is on the processional route to St Paul’s Cathedral with stepped terracing and a curved frontage to open up views at street level. In 2 New Ludgate, the distinctive reception styles include rippled Portland stone, befitting its Old Bailey address.

1 New Oxford Street London
This is Sun Venture’s first overseas acquisition. 1 New Oxford Street is a freehold London landmark office and retail development situated close to the new Crossrail station at Tottenham Court.
Located in the heart of midtown, 1 New Oxford Street is also close to Soho, Covent Garden, Fitzrovia and Bloomsbury. The central London location makes it easily accessible by public transport, bike and car.
The building carried out a major, award-winning refurbishment and extension of the iconic Art Deco property. The ground floor retail line up has been carefully curated to provide an engaging streetscape and attractive amenity to the office occupiers.
The building is rated BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
50 Scotts Road
This is Sun Venture’s maiden project in Singapore. It is a prime office development located at Scotts Road, beside the Newton MRT Station. This site was awarded to Sun Venture for development after a URA public tender in April 2008.
50 Scotts Road was successfully developed under stringent quality control. This development was assessed by The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in promoting the use of Construction Quality Assessment System (“CONQUAS”).
Designed by world-renowned Ingenhoven Architect, 71 Robinson is a premium Grade A office building located in the Shenton Way / Tanjong Pagar office submarket of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD). This iconic 15-storey building was completed in Year 2008 with highly efficient and column-free floor plate.
Sun Venture acquired the asset from Commerz Real in July 2019 and secured a Green Loan to part finance the acquisition. OCBC Bank was the Green Loan advisor. The asset was acquired for rental income generation and for long term investment holding.
Located in Jurong Gateway, Westgate Tower is the office component of the Westgate integrated development which also comprises the Westgate shopping mall. Westgate Tower is a 20-storey prime office tower with 304,965 square feet of net lettable area with direct access from Jurong East Bus and MRT Interchange. It was completed in late 2014. The building currently houses some of the world’s largest MNCs and financial institutions.
Together with our joint venture partner Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited, Sun Venture jointly owns and manages the asset for rental income generation and for long term investment holding.
Paya Lebar Square
Paya Lebar Square is a commercial development strategically located at the heart of Paya Lebar Central. It has direct connectivity to Paya Lebar MRT Station. Together with Sun Venture’s partners, Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited and Guthrie GTS Limited, the site was developed into a 13-storey premium grade office-cum-retail development.
The development was completed in late 2014 and the shopping mall enjoys strong footfall from its office occupants and commuters. The Government has earmarked Paya Lebar Central as a new major commercial hub under its 2008 Master Plan with a mix of office, retail, hotel and attractive public spaces.
Samsung Hub is a strata-titled 30-storey Grade A office building located in the heart of Central Business District. The building is well situated between Raffles Place and Telok Ayer MRT Stations that connect to two MRT lines.
The development was completed in late 2005 with the usage of quality building materials such as the heat-strengthened, double-glazed and turquoise-tinted glass. The average size per floor is about 13,000 square feet and the Sun Venture owns Levels 9 and 10. Tenants include global electronics firm, international real estate firms and renowned publishing firms.
