The Sun Venture Real Estate team operates and develops best-in-class properties for our shareholders and external investors. We invest across the risk spectrum from Core to Value-Add. Building on our track record for over a decade in Singapore, we ventured into London in 2020 and Sydney in 2022. We have built a portfolio of prime assets and syndicated our first private fund.
