Ita is a Non-Executive Director of the Group’s holding companies in the Isle of Man. For the past 15 years, she has been a Non-Executive Director for client companies regulated in the Isle of Man and other jurisdictions. Ita is experienced and knowledgeable with listed companies, collective investment schemes and commercial structurings. Prior to this, she was a partner with Simcocks Advocates specialising in financial services, investments and corporate governance.

Ita holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours from Queen’s University Belfast, and was a solicitor in Northern Ireland. She moved to the Isle of Man to practise as an English solicitor and is a qualified Manx Advocate. Ita holds a licence from the FSA in the Isle of Man to act as a professional officer. She is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Institute of Directors.
